Strategic Planning my sound like corporate jargon, but just as in life goals, organization goals are necessary to set the direction for the present and the future. Charting a path of growth and innovative service can be overwhelming while running day-to-day operations. How can your organization chart a plan and 'stay the course' to get the best results? In this workshop, a number of "do" and "don't" tips will be discussed around strategic planning.

Please join us for refreshments and a stimulating conversation facilitated by Shirley Stelbrink of Learning Alliances. Stelbrink's approach to training and facilitating reflects a passion for her employees and organization development and a life philosophy of 'aptitude plus attitude equals success.' Her approach is focused on creating a learning environment that encourages persons of all learning styles to apply their knowledge to the workplace.
