Greetings from Olney, Illinois - not exactly 'East Central' but close enough to benefit from the fantastic networking!

RMH Foundation was formed in 1983 but was largely a passive recipient of Hospice memorials until early 2000's when the need for philanthropic support for small rural general acute care hospitals became more apparent. RMH Foundation has just successfully completed a $3.0 million capital campaign to benefit the new Women's Health Center & Front Entrance project! Now that the 'rush' is over, I'm trying to catch up all those nagging little details that haven't been attended to during the 3 year campaign.

The most pressing item at this time to develop a comprehensive job description for my position - title is 'Director' but I am the only person in the department (no direct reports, etc.). I would be very interested in receiving copies of other director, executive director or similar job descriptions to mix and match to fit our niche rather than (re)inventing the wheel!

Thanks for any assistance you can provide - I do have a board member job description (broad application) and a recently completed strategic plan (specific application) I am able to share if others have a need as well!
